Children’s day trip for the groups of Kaposvár
Our mentors surprised us with a children’s day trip to the otter park at Petesmalom. Luckily we could left the Community House with a hot and summery weather.
On our way to the otters some of us instead of taking the bus chose walking just to admire the beautiful forest path. At Petesmalom the otter park’s owner waited for us and than she held a presentation about the otters and other animals who lives there.She told us many stories about her special job and it wasn’t boring at all. Than she separeted us into two groups and we went to see the otters who came there from a long journey but now they can live there in their natural habitat.Apart from the otters we could see black storks and injured birds whom after theire recovery the owners will let free. Later we had delicious elevensesand then we filled out a test made by the unniversity students. The winners of the game were Bence Nógrádi and János Kovács. Finally we walked to the bus with joy, this trip was a great idea. Thank you all for this and we hope next year we can have an amazing children’s day surprise just like the trip.
