<\/p>\nI am Panna P\u00e1pai from Szeged 3 and I am a third-year food engineering student doing my internship at Cs\u00e1nyi winery from 5 August to 31 October. During this period I will be temporarily staying at the Moh\u00e1cs Community Centre, for which I would like to express my gratitude. I arrived in Moh\u00e1cs on Friday, 2 August, so I had plenty of time to explore the town over the weekend. First of all, on the first day of the internship, I was shown around the winery and introduced to the people working on the different blocks. Then we discussed the work schedule and the areas I would be assigned to. The internship will last 12 weeks, which I will spend in the laboratory, the bottling room and the warehouse. Later on I attended a training course on quality assurance and management, mainly on HACCP and the standards used in the winery and their application. In the afternoon, we went to the vineyard for a tour of the vineyards, where we even had the chance to see part of the harvesting process.<\/p>\n
