The final phase of assembling the animated films created as part of the Balaton Project<\/em> has begun. On Saturday, March 22, members of Kaposv\u00e1r Group 1 completed the dubbing and post-production work for the short films based on legends and tales from Lake Balaton. The session took place at the Kaposv\u00e1r Knowledge Centre.<\/p>\n

Some students took on the role of narrator, while others voiced characters\u2014portraying knights, Chief Lehel, a queen, or even Saint Peter. The children put a great deal of work into the films over the course of the year: they designed and created the backgrounds and characters, wrote scripts and storyboards, filmed the scenes, and engaged in many different aspects of the creative process. The productions will soon be fully completed.<\/p>\n

But the project didn\u2019t end there! The students also recreated the same stories using LEGOs and stop-motion animation. Stop-motion is a very time-consuming technique, as each tiny movement must be set up and photographed separately. When these photos are played in sequence, they create the illusion of continuous motion.<\/p>\n
