During the visit, I had the chance to get to know the everyday operations of the winery and to take a closer look at the administrative processes happening behind the scenes. Over the course of the day, Istv\u00e1n Szab\u00f3, the winery\u2019s excise and administrative expert, gave a detailed presentation of how multifaceted this work is, the level of responsibility involved in the background tasks, and how crucial it is to have knowledge in multiple areas. It was also interesting to see that in a winery, not only the grapes and wine matter, but administrative duties are equally important. I gained a lot of new knowledge during the day, and it was truly inspiring to see how precisely the internal processes are carried out.
