All three groups\u2019 young participants, their parents, and the mentors were present. Together, we reflected on the pitfalls of fluctuating motivation, the decline of momentum, and the factors that can help maintain long-term motivation. For example: could the key to sustained commitment lie in creating a strong community? When strength fades, the novelty wears off, and the first, second, or many more tasks \u2014 or even problems \u2014 arise in everyday life, how much can team spirit and well-established relationships and friendships act as a retaining force? Can we consider this decline in motivation a sign of burnout?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1390\">For now, more questions arose than answers, and we did not manage to resolve all of them. We trust that at the forum in Moh\u00e1cs, it will be easier to develop a good strategy together with the other parents. Until then, we aim to focus more intentionally on strengthening the team and bringing parents even closer to one another through house-level programs. And why did we examine the topic from this perspective? Because within the parent\u2013child\u2013mentor\u2013Foundation framework, everything is interconnected, and the system truly works only when we work together.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1421\"><strong data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1421\">Ang\u00e9la V.
