The goal of the program was to strengthen cooperation, trust, and team spirit among the participants through an experience-based activity.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">During the joint skating session, the children constantly helped and encouraged one another, which significantly contributed to the development of positive group dynamics. The sporting program took place in a relaxed, joyful atmosphere, while visibly boosting the participants&#8217; self-confidence and shared community experiences.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The initiative successfully served the goals of mentoring and community building; therefore, based on the results, it is worth organizing similar programs in the future.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On January 17, the mentored children of P\u00e9cs Group 2 participated in a community-building ice skating program.
