A total of 24 teams competed alongside us; the field was extremely balanced, and the team performances were outstanding. Together with the other teams, we created a true festival atmosphere, cheering for each other and our own team with full strength.

We started the morning by building the Jász-Stones booth, which we decorated with photos and felt pictures, and this is where we presented our innovation project, Circulus, which is an Immersive Archaeological Experience. With our innovation, we want to help the perception of archaeological finds for the blind, the visually impaired, and people with disabilities. We demonstrated how we would implement everything we imagined using a 3D model of Lehel’s Horn, which is kept in our own city, Jászberény. To achieve this during the preparation period, we got in touch with the Jász Museum, director-archaeologist András Gulyás and retired director-ethnographer Edit Bathóné Horti, from whom we learned a lot; the company FabLab, who taught us 3D scanning; Atlas Rise Kft., who helped in preparing the designs needed for 3D printing; and the School for the Blind in Budapest, where we could have students test our completed project. Many students from the EGYMI and LVG in Jászberény, as well as members of the Jászság Managers’ Club, tried out our innovation, and we received a lot of positive feedback. The greatest achievement is that the 150-year-old Jász Museum invited our innovation called Circulus to the exhibition titled “150 Years, 150 Objects” to be held in the spring, which we will present at the opening. We presented all of this to the jury with a successful presentation, and they highly praised our team’s collaborative work.

The jury particularly highlighted our robot design presentation and implementation, which made us very happy as we put a lot of energy into it. The robot rounds were very exciting: we scored 385, then 460, and finally 430 points, which was a source of great joy for us, as we had never achieved such a high score in competitions over the years.

At the end of the day, based on the total points, our team qualified for the international final in 3rd place, which we are very proud of. We all worked a lot in the past six months to achieve such a great result, so we felt immense joy at the announcement of the results!

We would especially like to thank the support of the Csányi Foundation, the work of our coaches, mentors, and helpers, and the assistance of our volunteers and Atlas Rise. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this success!

We would also like to congratulate our volunteer coach, Attila Faragó (Tövis team), who won the Coach of the Year award. We are very grateful to Him because we learned a lot from him!

We would like to thank HelloWord for organizing the competition and the many volunteers who ensured this fantastic day!
