Our project continued this weekend with getting to know the notable buildings of Szentes. The children were already waiting for their creative desire to be fulfilled. They received plenty of tasks, which our art educator M\u00e1ria Beke took care of. As a continuation of the already started project – some made freehand drawings, some were already moving forward with the concrete model, drawing, cutting, building into a 3D half-model. The representation of the environment continued with the expressive depiction of trees and bushes, drawing them, cutting them out, and applying them to the background. There was a check of the knowledge related to the buildings learned last time, through questioning, as well as researching and presenting knowledge about further new buildings, and making freehand drawings of them. Every phase of model making was present in the session unit, with new completed executions. On a spring Saturday, we spent a useful creative day in the Community House together with the older Cs\u00e1nyi students. The older ones were building the City of the Future with Maker\u2019s Red Box, and we were working on our Szentes project. Everyone was working. There were those who collected data on notable buildings on their phones, we sent this by e-mail to M\u00e1rti n\u00e9ni and she printed it out, then we read it aloud. There were those who drew the building based on a printed photograph. Then came cutting, gluing. Another building was finished, and one is waiting for continuation. Thus, we have already made 3 notable buildings. To be continued.
