On March 28, 2026, thanks to our mentor, archaeologist M\u00e1t\u00e9 Varga, the members of Kaposv\u00e1r Group 3 had the opportunity to take part in an extremely interesting experience.
\nThrough M\u00e1t\u00e9\u2019s detailed presentation, we gained insight into the exciting world of archaeology. I had already gathered a wealth of information on this subject, yet it was a special experience for me to see up close, with the help of an experienced archaeologist, all the things I had previously only known from science TV shows. We got to know the tools of the trade, its goals, and a glimpse of its achievements to date. In short: we went from the excavator to a five-million-forint Roman gold coin.<\/p>\n
Although I\u2019m a \u201cdinosaur fanatic\u201d\u2014meaning paleontology is much closer to my heart\u2014I still got to take part in a wonderful, useful, and interesting program this morning.

\nMikl\u00f3s Nagy, Kaposv\u00e1r Group 3<\/em><\/p>\n After Saturday\u2019s presentation and project session, we traveled to Budapest with seven members of Groups 1 and 3 from Kaposv\u00e1r to watch the Hungarian national soccer team\u2019s friendly warm-up match against Slovenia. Although the weather wasn\u2019t exactly ideal, fortunately, this wasn\u2019t (all that) noticeable at the Ferenc Pusk\u00e1s Stadium. Five of the seven children had never been to Pusk\u00e1s or a stadium of similar size before, so it was a tremendous experience for them to see the stadium and be part of such a big soccer event.
