With the guidance of our guest, clinical psychologist <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"190\">Katarina B\u00e1nfi<\/b>, we explored essential topics such as self-awareness, stress management, and mental health.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Katarina spoke openly about the pivotal milestones of her career path and the challenges she had to overcome to establish herself professionally in Hungary. During the discussion, she shared various practical techniques for university students on how to better manage stress and adopt more effective study methods.
