Students taking part in the mutual tender organised by the Polg\u00e1r Judit Chess Foundation and the Cs\u00e1nyi Foundation hadthe chance this year too to be there at the Castle District Bazar at the Global Chess Festival organiused the Polg\u00e1r sisters.<\/p>\n

Everyone who sent their project works could travel to Budapest on 8th October at the Cstle District Bazar to be part of the biggest chess event of the country. There were many Cs\u00e1nyi students who visited the programme and got lifetime experience and memories on this day. Those who become winners of the Foundation chess competition played simultaneous against Polg\u00e1r Zs\u00f3fi and Polg\u00e1r Judit. The programmes were colourful and exciting as well. Thank you for the chance to be there with you this year too!<\/p>\n
As we saw it…<\/strong><\/p>\n “For me it was nice to live the memories again in the world of chess. Collecting points was a real fun and at the end we got rewards for the collected stamps. I really enjoyed the day.” Polg\u00e1r Ant\u00f3nia, Tomity Benjamin P\u00e9cs1<\/p>\n “What I really liked today is that I had the second place on the “1000 Faces of Chess” competition. On the ceremony I got my prize from Polg\u00e1r Judit. The stamp collecting was really interesting for me, too.” Varga P\u00e9ter P\u00e9cs2<\/p>\n “I think the day was really good. There were many interesting and exciting programmes, which we could participate in. I became third on the “1000 Faces of Chess” competition. Chess makes connection between us – as Polg\u00e1r Judit said.” Ver\u00e9b Zsanett P\u00e9cs 3<\/p>\n “As a reward for the position I had in the chess competition in Nagybajom I could come and play chess on the 8th of October at the Global Chess Festival in Budapest. Unfortunatelly, I could not play with Polg\u00e1r Zs\u00f3fi but I could play simultaneous with Polg\u00e1r Judit. Beside this, there were many good and interesting programmes. I am happy that I could be here and learn a lot of new movements during playing with Polg\u00e1r Judit.” Makra Sarolta Sz3<\/p>\n I enjoyed our trip and the whole day as well. It was a great experience to play chess against Polg\u00e1r Zs\u00f3fi again. Up to now I always lost, but now I managed to play a draw.
