Being one of the winners of the competition announced by the Cs\u00e1nyi Foundation and Bonafarm Group, on the 16th April (Thursday) I could spend a whole day at Cs\u00e1nyi Pinc\u00e9szet Co. in Vill\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n

I travelled by train and I could see the unique region, which is planted with vines. I arrived at the Cs\u00e1nyi Pinc\u00e9szet Co. around 10 o\u2019clock and I was greeted by Zolt\u00e1n Szak\u00e1l, who is the manager of the wine-growing department.<\/p>\n
After a short introduction I had the chance to see the whole factory. I could follow the way of the vine from the land to the bottle and could see the steps (processing, mellowing, bottling, packaging). I could see the different bottles not only on the production line, but in the cellar, too. The cellar is full of barrels made of oak, most of them hold several thousand litres. We had a short visit in the laboratory and made different experiments with the wines. I was really happy to see all the workers and all of them knew why I was there.<\/p>\n
We had a delicious lunch together and in the afternoon Zolt\u00e1n took me to the vineyard. Roland Nagy, who is the leader of the wine-growing production, was my companion in the afternoon. He decides when the necessary works needed to be done. I will be an agronomist, so for me it was the most interesting part of the day. He showed me all the tractors and the huge vineyard, which is 365 hectares big. The Vill\u00e1ny wine-growing area holds 2300 hectares and the Cs\u00e1nyi Pinc\u00e9szet has the biggest amount of it with best lands.<\/p>\n
After getting back to Vill\u00e1ny, I visited the shop. Ibolya P\u00e9ter told me different stories about the Teleki family, history of Vill\u00e1ny and of course about the different types of wines. I also got a bottle of wine as a gift. After this long day, around 4 o\u2019clock I started my journey to home.<\/p>\n
It was a great day for me and I\u2019m sure that the things I\u2019ve learned will be useful during my university studies. I would like to say thank for this opportunity for the Cs\u00e1nyi Foundation and all the workers of the Cs\u00e1nyi Pincs\u00e9szet Co.<\/p>\n
