Today, the local swimming camp has started (July 2)\u00a0 for Group Nagybajom 2. The children can acquire the techniques of the swimming in a beautiful environment. First of all, Attila has checked the children\u2019s \u00a0current knowledge and talent. Next they were arranged into two groups and the education has begun. The starting group first acquired the basics of swimming in the small pool, they played water games, and it served as a bravery increasing as well. The ones who were more experienced in swimming exercised arm and foot pace, and also learnt the right breathing techniques. Furthermore, we also got the change to try the jacuzzi, and to play chess with each other. At noon, we left to have lunch. After lunch Viki presented us in the Community House, in which we were told the story of swimming. Connected to this, the children got some tasks that they have to present on Thursday. The afternoon was closed with a little spontaneous painting, where they could try Roli\u2019s painting brushes.<\/p>\n

On the second day we practised the technics we were taught. The advanced group could swim longer distances in crawl and in backstroke. The beginner team were practising the arm and legtempo with breathing in the little pool. When we had a break, we went to the high-stand which also had an apartment inside. After all, we had a lunch and an ice-cream against the heat. In the afternoon, T\u00fcndi held a riding course and we practised for our presentation on thursday. – Zsombor Kislaki<\/p>\n

The third day begun with morning gym exercises. The advanced group continued their practise and the beginners became more and more confident in the water. We could play chess, use the yacuzzi and play with a game called “likehunter” in the breaks. After lunch, we prepared for thursday’s tasks. At the end of the day, we watched Ferdinand (animation movie). We had yet another good day behind us. – Mil\u00e1n Vajda<\/p>\n

We started the fourth day with gymnastics again. Today the beginner group also had the chance to test the previously acquired swimming techniques in deep water. Meanwhile the advanced group was being taught for the proper arm and leg movements used in breaststroke by our coach, Attila. The kids got quite exhausted by noon so they were happy to have some rest and enjoy the delicious lunch. In the afternoon, they had some ice cream and then presented their project work assigned on Monday.<\/p>\n

On the fifth day, everybody was praticing what they were taught. At the end of the course the they threw candies into the water and we had to collect them. After lunch we ate ice pop yet again. T\u00fcndi made a special gift for us: she burnt quotes into the sticks of the popsicles. For the last task we wrote down what do we want to achieve in the next five years, and when the time comes, we will open these time capsules. It was a wonderful week for us! We are thankful for T\u00fcndi and Attila for their helpfulness and for that we could always count on them. – Roland Pfeffer<\/p>\n
