It\u2019s already been two months since I\u2019ve arrived in Dronten. So, what happened to me in that time? First of all, I bought a bicycle, which I try to use as much as I can.<\/p>\n

To be honest, my life here is very similar to any other university student\u2019s life, I\u2019m studying, studying and studying. I don\u2019t feel like it\u2019s a burden, because I can do it in a very interesting way in a different environment than before.<\/p>\n

I am studying two minors: supply chain management and export management. Both minors consist of multiple courses: theory, business simulation game and project work. We work a lot in groups, which was hard at first, because of the language barrier and the cultural differences, but we managed to make it work and find common ground. Other than going to the school to listen to lectures and work on projects we also go on excursions. We visit companies and solve cases for them.<\/p>\n

One of my favourite programmes organised by the school was the international day in September. Every country had to introduce themselves by cooking something that\u2019s from the country. I decided to make guly\u00e1s and brought T\u00far\u00f3 Rudi. This event was my favourite because I could show where I come from to the others and I also learned more about my fellow students.<\/p>\n

I am still very grateful for the Foundation for the great help of providing me with a social scholarship. I have midterm exams coming up the next two weeks, and after I have plans to visit some other cities in the country.<\/p>\n
