‘A week spent with friends, learning English
\nNobody can wish for a better summer. After the morning lessons we had some interesting programmes, such as visiting Lewes castle and Seven Sisters, a boat ride out at sea, sightseeing in London. What’s more, we went to a disco with some other BISS students. We were very lucky, because we spent a week with a kind and friendly host family. All in all it was a fantastic camp in Brighton.’

‘I liked staying in Brighton, because we had a lot of free time. The English lessons were interesting and I learned new words and expressions. My favourite activity was when we travelled to London. The host family was really good, they were helpful and we promised that we would visit them again.’

‘I enjoyed the camp. The colourful programmes, the new environment and the group made me happy. The British people and the family were very helpful and kind, that was very important for me. It was easy to learn the language because the teachers’ mother tongue was English. In the lessons we only spoke English.’
