What could be more challenging then making the first impression be positive. That was one of the focus points of the training organised to the university aged students of the Cs\u00e1nyi Foundation who participated on the occasion taking place in the main office of the Foundation. The training was truly amazing as the trainer dr Erd\u0151s Zsuzsanna and her personality made the hours enjoyable and unforgettable. Ms Erd\u0151s was professional, had charm and a touch of humour which made the first steps in the field of etiquette and protocol easy and welcoming. Hope to be continued.<\/p>\n

On 15th December three of us were part of a programme which introduced us the basics of the etiquette and the importance of the first impression.\u00a0 We not only had theory but could also practice which made the event even better. Now we know how to shake hands, why is it important to decide which tone we start the conversation and so much more. It is lovely to be a lady and great to learn from a true lady.
