During the winter break we visited the J\u00e1szd\u00f3zsa soda plant organized by Katalin F\u00fcl\u00f6pn\u00e9 Paksi in connection with the Water project. Ferenc S\u00e1rm\u00e1ny, a business owner, introduced the small plant, talked about the importance of water purification and water filtration, and how to bring \u201cfood-safe\u201d water into the bottle. It used to be the water of the artesian well, now the water of the Waterworks. It was interesting to see how many filters go through, what materials they pick up, replace or wash, and so on. He showed how and how he fills bottles, how they are cleaned, how long they are warranted, how they are stored and transported. We got a lot of new information again! M\u00e1t\u00e9 S\u00f3s, J\u00e1szs\u00e1g<\/p>\n

In the framework of the water project, the residents of the J\u00e1szd\u00f3zsa organized a joint program to learn about the history of the artesian well and the transformation of its water into mineral water. The well was built by the local people through public donations, and this water has been supplying the village ever since. The owner of S\u00e1rm\u00e1ny Szikv\u00edz Bt. gave us an insight into the operation of his small plant, and we could see how mineral water is transformed into carbonated water and how it is bottled in store shelves. The water comes through 4 filters to a state that is already healthy and consumed daily by the public, knowing that this water has good quality. Thanks to Aunt Kati and Uncle Feri for this day!
