”This week we are holding our Health Camp at the J\u00e1szber\u00e9ny Beach and Thermal Bath. In the mornings when we arrive at the Community House, the junior mentors are already waiting for us with breakfast. On the beach we have sessions with our swim instructor \u00c1rp\u00e1d V\u00e9ghelyi. We talk about how we eat, what sports we do, the beneficial effects and properties of water, good hygiene, the importance of staying in the open air. We always look forward to getting in the water and swimming. When it’s really hot, we play beach football in the shade and the girls play beach volleyball and games in the shaded pool.
