”This weekend was the first rehearsal of the Cs\u00e1nyi Foundation Chamber Orchestra in the new Community House in P\u00e9cs. We were looking forward to playing music together and we started preparing our Guidance Day programme with full steam ahead. First of all, with the help of Tiham\u00e9r Szerece\u00e1n, we immersed ourselves in the musical and rhythmic world of swing through various rhythm exercises, because we are also preparing a special piece for the Gala. We quickly learned new stylistic elements for the band and practiced them enthusiastically. It is a great pleasure for us to be accompanied once again by the wonderful vocals of Maja Sik, who sang with bursting energy during this rehearsal. Our instrumentalists also gave their best during the rehearsal. After the dress rehearsal, we continued practicing in small groups under the direction of Eszter Hargitai (flute) and Adri\u00e1na Kalafszky, orchestra leader. To close, we enjoyed the instrumental playing of Ant\u00f3nia Polg\u00e1r (cello), Enik\u0151 S\u00e1rm\u00e1ny (violin) and Bal\u00e1zs Huber (trumpet), who performed solo pieces rehearsed for upcoming performances and competitions.
