”In between the golden, but extremely generous May rains and a short break from the fundraising sessions, the hard-working hands of brave sward diggers planted the gift of pepper and tomato plants. With environmental and healthy living being a key part of our objectives, and this year’s project of our house being entitled “Health and Environment”, it was a great opportunity to plant these plants in the empty patches of our community centre garden. We monitor their development, nurture them in their growing season, hoping for a succulent harvest. We will care for the plants without chemicals so that what we eat is truly healthy food.
