After nearly 30 hours of flight, the J\u00e1sz-Stones team, which achieved international success in Australia, landed at Budapest’s Liszt Ferenc Airport at 2:02 PM local time on July 9. After about half an hour of baggage claim, the team headed towards the terminal 2 exit, unaware that as a small surprise, the G\u00f3lyat\u00e1bor assistant mentor team was waiting for them at the exit with welcome posters and a huge warm reception.<\/p>\n

After a long wait, about half an hour later, we first caught sight of the travel-weary team as they pulled their luggage. The two teams merged in the midst of cheers and engaged in cheerful conversation. We are very proud of the J\u00e1sz-Stones’ success and look forward to the next opportunity to act as a welcoming committee at the airport!<\/p>\n
