Advent Preparations at the Mohács Community House

Advent Preparations at the Mohács Community House

Once again this year, an intimate, festive atmosphere filled the Mohács Community House during the first days of the Advent season. The House was dressed in Christmas decorations, and the little ones were welcomed with varied programs over several days.

One of the most delightful events of the weekend was the Saturday cinema visit, which the little ones of the Community House attended together. The children watched the film Emma’s Christmas, which set the tone for the festive spirit.

The preparations did not stop at the beginning of the week either: on Tuesday and Wednesday, the children could participate in arts and crafts sessions, where they continued to get into the holiday spirit by making Christmas decorations. During the sessions, creations one more beautiful than the next were born, well reflecting the children’s creativity and enthusiasm. During the joint work, the participants inspired each other, contributing with their ideas and help so that everyone could take home a special, handmade ornament.

The Advent programs created a great opportunity for the children to experience the joy of Christmas preparations together, while being enriched with community experiences and lasting memories.
