The task of our volunteers is diverse, but their work is shared by coordinating mentors, engaging, motivating, empowering and sensing experiences with children.
Corporate Verification
More and more market organizations are encouraging their volunteers to work in an environment which promotes creativity and job growth. This can increase your work within the company. The activities of the foundation can be funded in addition to money donations, by subject matter, Pro Bono, or even with specialist knowledge. With our partners, we plan in the long term, and think of projects that will bring concrete results over time. Our students are already doing so with great success on small-scale internships with company executives, educational days, company visits, and coaching.
National Volunteer
Active participation of volunteers is achieved through goals set out in the Guidance Program. As part of this, our volunteers form development sessions, subject studies, presentations, and consultations for children. Our volunteers are active participants in our local and foreign thematic camps, and participate in the planning and implementation of cultural enrichment programs, organized to overcome the socio-cultural disadvantages of children, as well as in the community house and its surroundings, following a voluntary agreement.

Activities
- Participating in community programs as a facilitator – engaging in background work
- Vocational teachers in the afternoon, weekend subject correction
- Engagement in the activities of the given community house: local and summer camps with bound programs, childcare, handicrafts
- Organizing and maintaining contemporary help programs
- Keeping a Youth Prevention Occupation
- Preparing for the education of the parents at the Parents’ Academy, education, life counselling, community building lectures
How?Personally, in the given community house, after the date of consultation or by e-mail, the introductory letter will be marked at info@csanyialapitvany.hu, indicating the specific activity and the site.
To date we have welcomed high school students, psychologists, financial professionals, university teachers, art teachers, lawyers, archaeologists, physicians, and university students.
School community service (50 hours) – IKSZ
In order to receive compulsory school community service, our aim is to promote and develop their approach. It’s important that students understand that this is not just a job. Our goal is to inspire and strengthen young people, to make themselves and their communities understandable and responsive through personal experience.
The volunteering service can be undertaken with the sending institutions, after the signing of a preliminary contract, reflecting our reception capacity. A limited number of students is accepted.

INTERNATIONAL Volunteering
Travelling abroad allows our volunteers to join a society of other countries, providing professional and other experiences, and getting to know other peoples and cultures. With this service, our volunteers have an excellent opportunity to show others their own culture and spiritual values.
Involvement of foreign volunteers in our program, coordinating partner organization. The AIESEC Hungarian Association of Economists, as well as the COMPASS European Youth Community and foreign volunteers, have successfully supported the development of the Guidance Programme. Volunteers from all over the world are contracted to learn languages and learn about foreign cultures, and to get acquainted with the broadest horizons. Throughout the six weeks spent in the foundation, volunteers will be part of the Cooperation House’s everyday life, where apart from developing language communication, they will participate in half-year and end-year foundation language exams, and actively take part in all the programs of the community house, as well as in craft workshops related to the season.

How?Add the AIESEC and COMPASS organisations to your contacts, and indicate that you wish to volunteer at the foundation. The coordinating organisation then carries out all the administrative and organisational work required to complete the voluntary programme.
