Getting ready for the Freshmen camp

Getting ready for the Freshmen camp

Over the past two days, the Nagybajom Community House was full of life and laughter. With the help of our mentors, our volunteer, and the older group-members serving as mentor assistants, we managed to organize energetic and fun-filled programs for our youngest participants, our little freshmen, even despite the summer heat.

We felt it was important to bond and get to know each other before the actual freshman camp, as these are essential steps in building a strong community. Through playful activities, we helped them learn, developed their social skills, and taught them the basic rules of living together.

We wrapped up the second day with some well-deserved ice cream.

Now we’re ready for Freshman Camp!
