End-of-year Parental meeting for the Pécs 3 group
On Friday evening (June 13), the Pécs Group 3 gathered for a special occasion: we held the last parent-teacher meeting of the school year, which this time was much more than an ordinary discussion. The event became a true celebration of our shared achievements, memorable experiences, and the exciting summer programs ahead.
We began the meeting by recalling the unforgettable moments of the Életút Festival in Zánka. The students’ reports, the photos, and the shared laughter brought back the magic of the festival, which remains a lifelong memory for many.
One of the school year’s major accomplishments was the success in high school admissions: every student in our group who applied was accepted into the institution of their choice. These included language-focused grammar schools, vocational schools, and institutions tailored to each student’s interests and career goals. The invested effort, perseverance, and consistent preparation paid off—we wholeheartedly congratulate each applicant!
It brings me special joy that every member of the group took part in the language competition organized by the foundation. Thanks to their enthusiastic and dedicated participation, each of them now has the opportunity to attend a language camp in either England or Germany—gaining not only language skills but also friendships, new experiences, and fresh perspectives.
Additionally, the domestic camps offer rich programs as well: the local ICDL camp provides an opportunity to deepen digital knowledge, while the interdisciplinary arts camp in Sarlóspuszta inspires creativity and freedom of expression.
For the Pécs Group 3, this academic year was not only about learning and exams but also about the power of community, shared experiences, and the paths of personal development. I’m proud of the group and grateful for the support of the parents.
