Our first exam

Our first exam

At the end of the school year, we organized a home language exam for the Jászság Group 4 with the teachers, where the children showed their oral knowledge. All kids passed the exam. We thank our language teachers: Judit Némediné Béres and Marian Farkasné Turján for the preparation.

“We have paid special attention to the importance of language learning throughout the school year, as we know very well how important it is to know foreign languages. The members of the Jászság group 4 are only in their sixth grade, but they have already mastered the basics at school and in the Foundation’s language development classes. At our events, we also tried to find out the motivation of the guests, small mentors and university students, and to learn the learning techniques. For example, at our project days called “Food of the World – The World of Food”, each guest told how and how they achieved their goal on that continent and since when they learned the language used there. At the end of the school year, we organized a home language exam for the group with the developers, where the children showed their oral knowledge. Participants were able to get a taste of the atmosphere of the upcoming language exams, so they came to this day with enough excitement. Nevertheless, several people took the obstacles in a professional way and articulated them very nicely and selectively. We discussed who should pay attention to the next school year. The members of the two English groups and the German group all passed the exam. Congratulations to everyone! We thank our language developers: Judit Némediné Béres and Mariann Farkasné Turján for their preparation. ”

“My English exam was on May 27th. I learned the items every day, but by the last day almost all of them had gone outside. I was very excited on the day of the exam, I also took my items to school and studied them every break. Before the exam, even before I was in line, I was still looking at my items because I was very afraid it would fail. When I followed, I pulled out the items and got a picture that I had to summarize in 10 minutes what was on it. When I sat down and started saying my item, I wasn’t so excited anymore, I was more calm. In the second pulled-out item, Aunt Judit asked questions, the first of which I didn’t understand everything, but then I got into that as well. ” Sas Maja Anna, English group

“I was very excited and learned a lot for the exam. We had to learn six items and at the beginning of the exam we decided with a dice which one to say. I had to talk about my best friend. It didn’t go smoothly at first, but by the end I got along quite well. However, the fact that I was able to attend the Foundation language classes, for which I am very grateful, also helped in this. I hope you will do so well in the seventh as well! ”Pege Angelika, German group
