My first personal coaching at Microsoft Hungary
On the 5th of June was my first personal coaching at Microsoft Hungary.
I met Mr. Papp Edward at the office of Microsoft Hungary at 11 o’clock in the morning. The main aim of the meeting was to define the purpose of this coaching and to plan the program of the next meetings. We had a conversation about my future ideas and ideal job. We also talked about the qualities that a company is searching for in applicants at a job interview and the things that can motivate a future employee. During this personal coaching we will concentrate on finding out what the most suitable job would be for me as an adult and to continuously improve my skills and gain a lot of new experiences. After the first meeting I honestly think that this personal coaching is a great opportunity for me to receive a lot of useful advice and new experiences that will guide me in the future.
