Health Conscious Nutrition

On August 17, I gave an online presentation about health conscious nutrition for the members of Nagybajom group 1 and 2. This was not the first time I had talked to them about the importance of nutrition. It was good to see that even now, as always, they watched with great interest, if they didn’t understand something, they asked. I believe that with the knowledge I have, I can help my younger peers a lot because unfortunately the importance of a balanced diet is not emphasized enough in schools. In addition to nutrition, you should also emphasize sports and the right amount of restful sleep. I hope that they can take advantage of what has been said and that they will continue to turn to me with confidence.
