“On 16 May, I participated in the 24th National Scientific Student Conference of the Hungarian Food Science and Technological Association at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Szeged. I gave a presentation on the research included in my thesis, titled “Analysis of the turnover of products produced by the Szegedi Paprika Zrt. between 2011 and 2020, with special reference to the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic”. It was divided into ten sessions. I was in the food economics section where four of us presented our results.
