Career guidance

After the maths and computer science classes, we had the opportunity to talk to Csányis students about further studies. I talked to Roland Bolyós from the Faculty of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering at the BME. Talking about my faculties and graduation requirements, he pointed out that I have to study physics hard, as I don’t have physics classes anymore. Roland shared a lot of useful information with me, which I will definitely use in the near future. He offered to help me if I got stuck or if I had any questions about university, which was great, it’s nice to have someone to turn to.” Ferenc Horváth Jászság Group 3

“Today we talked to my friend Kristóf Kaszab, who is studying computer science with Dávid Nagy, who is a programmer. We are also interested in this career, we chose this branch at school. We learned a lot of interesting things about the profession and about university. We were able to learn more about the details of the IT field, as IT is a very broad concept, but we now have a better insight into the mysteries of the profession.” Márk Szücs Jászság Group 3

“For those interested in business careers and McDaniel College University, today was a chance to talk to Adam Szappanos. My senior classmate told me about the business majors. He explained what is required for admission, highlighted the admission features of the American university and where he could find a job with this degree. This conversation was a very good starting point for us in our further studies and we are glad that Adam was so open and helpful. And he encouraged us to be open-minded, because there is something important to learn everywhere.” Eva Kis Evelin, Gyula Pege Jászság Group 3

“Today we had a visit from Kitti Kispál, our senior classmate, who is a student of paramedic at Semmelweis University. We, with Lili Lizakovszky, are interested in health care and were happy to ask her questions about both university and graduation. She told us about her professional experiences in life, the demands of school and the good and bad sides of the profession. We became more motivated and purposeful about health care and he offered to continue to help us. Thank you Kitti!” Nóra Pintér Group 3 Jászság
