Parents’ meeting and Forum in Szentes

Both groups in St. Petersburg held their spring parents’ meetings on 21 April at the Community House. Guidance Day was the main topic, which the children and we were looking forward to. It was important and topical to talk about the use and consumption of substances that are harmful to health – mind-altering drugs. This was followed by the signing of the Declaration of Participation related to this topic. The parents’ meeting continued with a review of the programmes for the coming months and information about the camps. The dates were agreed and clarified. Any questions that may have arisen were answered in a helpful and helpful manner. The meeting ended with informal discussions about further education, which is still a long way off, but it is important to prepare for the decision in time so that everyone can find the best school and the career of their choice.

The meeting was followed by the second meeting of the Szentes Community House Stakeholder Forum this academic year. The main topic of the meeting was diligence, motivation and perseverance, with mobile phones and the consumption of harmful substances proving to be topical issues in relation to our annual project. As our children get older, it becomes more and more justified to involve them in joint activities as helpers. We reminded the children of this and asked them to actively and cooperatively participate not only in the life of our house, but also in the Foundation’s events. The next school year will be a crucial one in the lives of the young people, so they and their parents are already very concerned about the direction and field of study in which their children should continue their education, preferably in the best school for them.
