“On the afternoon of May 26, Dr. Beáta Kanizsai, a gynecologist and pediatrician, gave a presentation to the mothers and daughters of the four groups at the Community House in Jászság. On the basis of the questions she had prepared in advance, the doctor put it together in a complex, detailed and understandable way. As the lecture was more for girls, she talked about the prevention of unwanted pregnancy (what and how to use, chemical and physical contraception, its dangers and useful tips). Menstrual disorders, treatment and prevention of various STDs. The usefulness of vaccination against the HPV virus was also discussed. When and who to contact for help with different problems. During and after the lecture, we were also able to ask personal questions, which the doctor always answered willingly, kindly and with great patience. At the end of the lecture, the girls gave the doctor a little present. “On Friday afternoon, we girls from Jászság had the opportunity to talk to Dr. Beáta Kanizsai, a pediatric gynecologist, at the Community House. The doctor showed us a PPT about things every girl should know. We heard a lot about a lot of things. From basic and common problems that affect women to specific and rare cases. We also heard useful information about menstruation and contraception, about HPV vaccination, about the need for every woman to have a cervical cancer screening once a year. We were also able to ask the doctor personal questions, and she was happy to answer them.
