Academy – or being a good enough parent

Academy – or being a good enough parent

On November 29 the Parents Academy program series held its last performance in Group 4th of Kaposvár. Our invited guest was a nurse with whom we talked about daily balancing, family and work.

“Most of us got tired, a bit burnt out went to the meeting to the community center. The evening was moderated by Beáta Illés, who attended the interactive chat as a nurse and practicing mother. The two hours we spent together were in a very good mood, we all listened to each other, sometimes we got a little bit upset, sometimes we laughed a lot. We talked about the values we carry with us in our everyday lives, our core values, and the strengths we bring to our children and the group. During the playful tasks we got to know each other better, thus further strengthening the community spirit. We all came home energetic, charged, cheerful, to renew ourselves in our next task.” Beáta Varga, parent

“Last night’s feeling of unity could have been the motto. Although I met the parents for the first time, I was immediately accepted. The group has a special strength and it is a bond. They participated openly and with full dedication in interactive and playful activities, learning a great deal about themselves and the role of balance. We have discovered many common and similar values. It was a soul-lifting evening for all of us, after which everyone went home to their family back up. I am grateful to have been able to experience this.” Beáta Illés, a nurse
