SWIMMING COURSE – JÁSZBERÉNY

SWIMMING COURSE – JÁSZBERÉNY

“The youngest group of the Jászberény Community House was the Jászság group 4, who could spend the week on a swimming course on the Jászberény city beach. From Monday to Friday, the children swam in groups every morning for 2 hours, still a little awkward at the beginning of the week, but more and more skillfully after the days. As we reached Friday, everyone was already splashing into the deep water ready to survive. And we spent the afternoons very differently. Led by Aunt Andi and the little mentors, the little nebulas filled out different quizzes. One was about chocolate, and to the delight of that, and one of the members of the group – to celebrate Angi’s birthday – we also ate chocolate cake that day. The other quiz was about vitamin C, we made lemonade from fresh fruits that day. We also crafted for several days. Among other things, an owl was made of colored paper, which could be made unique with cute messages. We made a picture of the caps and also decorated a thank you note for David, the instructor. The rest of the time was, of course, spent by the children playing together, playing beach volleyball, throwing it in the water. The loud childish laughter and the cheerful atmosphere were guaranteed even now. ”

“In swimming lessons, we first started with the basics and then swam more skillfully day by day. Aunt Andi and her helpers, the little mentors, were with us every day to our great delight. We hope to accompany us to another program at another time! Thank you for taking the swimming course! ”

“The long-awaited day has come, which we have been waiting for. On the beach of Jászberény, the Jászság group 4 took part in a swimming course, where we ate Angi’s birthday cake on the first day. Then there was an interesting talk about chocolate and quiz questions were asked by the little mentors, which we answered with more or less success. We learned a lot of new information about chocolate, such as the existence of pink chocolate. Swimming included creative and outdoor activities. On Wednesday, I gave a lecture on vitamin C, after which there were also quiz questions. As I prepared for the lecture, I learned a lot of new things about the topic, which I was happy to pass on to my peers. The little mentors, meanwhile, offered us delicious lemonade, which they made. As a result of swimming lessons, we became more and more skilled, so Uncle David solved more and more difficult tasks with us. Our Thursday morning resumed with daily routine tasks, and then in the afternoon we practiced the basics of backstroke. We talked a lot, joked, laughed and had a great time during the course. ”
