The Foundation’s administrative, financial and organizational tasks, as well as management of the talent-management program, are carried out by the foundation office under the direction of the chairperson of the board of directors.

The tasks of the office include: organizing the order of the foundation and the board of directors; organizing their work; preparing decisions, maintaining the content of the website; and coordinating external relations. In co-operation with the central office, we have 22 full-time mentors and a variable number of developers in the seven rural community houses (Jászberény, Szeged, Pécs, Mohács, Kaposvár, Nagybajom and Szentes)
