School-year opening parents’ meeting
On Friday, September 5, the Pécs Community House hosted the joint school-year opening parents’ meeting for Pécs Group 1 and Pécs Group 3. The gathering took place in a warm yet meaningful atmosphere, where parents, supported students, and mentors together recalled the most important moments of the past year.
We looked back on the pedagogical work of last school year, reviewed the support provided by the Foundation, and discussed the insights from the satisfaction surveys. A true sense of community was felt when we relived the memories of the summer camps through a colorful, cheerful video montage, which brought many smiles and joyful exclamations from those present.
The evening was not only about evaluation but also about looking ahead: together we formulated the goals and expectations for the new school year. Special emphasis was placed on the part of the study contract that draws attention to the responsibility of parents. After all, real results can only be achieved through the close cooperation of the Foundation, the children, and the families—whether it is about development or talent support.
As part of the program, the topics of the September and October project activities were presented, along with the dates of upcoming exciting community and enrichment programs. All signs point to a school year that will be rich in content and full of experiences.
The shared evening was marked by good spirits, openness, and confidence in the future.
We would like to thank all parents for their participation, supportive attitude, and active cooperation. We believe that together we can create a school year that not only enriches the children’s knowledge but also further strengthens our community.
We are already looking forward to discovering the challenges, experiences, and joys of the new school year together with the children!
