Spectacular spring season opener in the PICK Aréna
In 2026, the beneficiaries of the Csányi Foundation once again had the opportunity to attend the home matches of OTP Bank-Pick Szeged, a team considered to be among the world’s elite. Many have been following the team’s daily life for a long time, and the start of the season was preceded by great anticipation. Our first guest was the Budai Farkasok – Rév team, where fans appeared in large numbers at the impressive PICK Aréna.
“We started the season with a victory. We had a great time; Szeged won 39:25. Máté Kucsera scored a sensational goal, but the others played in good form as well. I really love going to handball matches, and I also go to training three times a week. We hope to win many more times this year. The big matches are coming up this spring. Whenever we play at home, we always go out to cheer.”
